Printable Workout Log

Free printable workout log / gym training sheet — exercise rows with weight-and-reps columns for each set, plus a cardio and notes section, at exact scale.

A paper workout log is still the fastest, most reliable way to track training at the gym — no unlocking a phone between sets. List your exercises down the side and record each set in its own column, with room for both the weight and the reps, so you can see your progress and apply progressive overload week to week.

Choose how many exercise rows and how many set columns you need, and add a cardio-and-notes section at the bottom for warm-ups, conditioning and how the session felt. Print a sheet per workout or a week's worth for your training folder.

Printing at exact scale

Every sheet is drawn in real millimetres and prints at exact physical scale. For accurate output, set Scale = 100% (Actual size) and Margins = None in your browser's print dialog. Not sure your printer is honest? Run the printer ruler test first to confirm 50 mm really measures 50 mm.

Frequently asked questions

How do the set columns work?

Each set column is split into a weight box and a reps box, so you can log something like 60 kg × 8 for every set of an exercise. Choose 3 to 8 set columns.

Can I track cardio too?

Yes — turn on the cardio and notes section at the bottom for treadmill/bike work, warm-ups and session notes.

How many exercises fit on a sheet?

Set 4 to 20 exercise rows to match your programme — fewer rows give more room to write.

Is it really free?

Yes. Every template on printsheet.io is completely free, with no sign-up, no account and no watermark. Generate as many sheets as you like.

How do I get an exact-scale print?

Choose your paper size, then in the print dialog set Scale to 100% or “Actual size” and Margins to None. The sheet is defined in real millimetres, so it prints at true size. Use the calibration ruler page to verify.

Which paper sizes are supported?

A4, A5, A3, A6, US Letter, Legal and Tabloid, in portrait or landscape. Pick the size that matches the paper loaded in your printer.

Can I save it as a PDF instead of printing?

Yes — choose “Save as PDF” as the printer in your browser's print dialog. The PDF keeps the exact millimetre dimensions.
