Printable Morse Code Chart
A free printable International Morse Code chart — letters, numbers and punctuation, with dot/dash glyphs and the timing rules.
This chart lists the full International Morse Code: the letters A–Z, the digits 0–9 and common punctuation, each shown as its dot-and-dash sequence both in text and as clear visual dot and dash glyphs. A footer summarises the timing rules — a dash is three dots long, gaps between elements are one unit, between letters three and between words seven.
Every code has been checked against the ITU standard, so it's reliable for learning Morse, amateur radio study, scouting, puzzles and escape-room props. Choose the number of columns and your accent colour, hide the glyphs for a text-only chart, and print at exact scale.
Printing at exact scale
Every sheet is drawn in real millimetres and prints at exact physical scale. For accurate output, set Scale = 100% (Actual size) and Margins = None in your browser's print dialog. Not sure your printer is honest? Run the printer ruler test first to confirm 50 mm really measures 50 mm.
Frequently asked questions
Is this International Morse Code?
Yes — every letter, digit and punctuation mark follows the International (ITU) Morse Code standard.
Does it include punctuation?
Yes — common marks such as period, comma, question mark, slash, brackets, ampersand, colon, equals and the @ sign are included alongside the letters and numbers.
What are the dot/dash glyphs for?
As well as the text code, each character shows filled dots and bars so you can read the rhythm visually. You can turn the glyphs off for a plain text chart.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every template on printsheet.io is completely free, with no sign-up, no account and no watermark. Generate as many sheets as you like.
How do I get an exact-scale print?
Choose your paper size, then in the print dialog set Scale to 100% or “Actual size” and Margins to None. The sheet is defined in real millimetres, so it prints at true size. Use the calibration ruler page to verify.
Which paper sizes are supported?
A4, A5, A3, A6, US Letter, Legal and Tabloid, in portrait or landscape. Pick the size that matches the paper loaded in your printer.
Can I save it as a PDF instead of printing?
Yes — choose “Save as PDF” as the printer in your browser's print dialog. The PDF keeps the exact millimetre dimensions.
